DEPOSITS AND THE PAYMENT PROCESS

The initial booking deposit is $750.00 for full-service and wedding management clients. This non-refundable deposit puts your wedding or event onto our calendar. The remaining balance is then broken into two equal payments with the final payment due 45-60 days prior to the event date depending on the service selected. The 10% management fee with full-service is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. Siello Weddings and Events does not book weddings or events more than 18 months from the initial inquiry.

RESCHEDULING BECAUSE OF COVID.

If the event is rescheduled or postponed due to local or state mandates that prevent the event to take place or significantly limits the event as originally planned, Siello Weddings and Events will honor a one-time complimentary date change, as long as the new date is within 12 months of the reschedule notice. Any additional reschedules or postponements thereafter will be charged the standard $750.00 rescheduling fee.

If the event is rescheduled or postponed due to the client(s) own personal decision and not due to current local or state mandates that prevent the event to take place or limits the event as originally planned, the standard $750.00 rescheduling fee will apply. ​​

FULL-SERVICE OR WEDDING MANAGEMENT?

If you are pretty confident when it comes to scouting and securing reputable vendors for your wedding then Wedding Management may be for you. We will not step in and begin working with your vendors until 45 days prior to the wedding so you absolutely must be sure all of your ducks are in a row by the time we take over. If you already have too much on your plate or just aren't sure you can take on the task of planning your wedding from A-Z yourself, then Full-Service will be the better fit.

Looking for "Day of Coordination"? That is Wedding Management. Day of coordination is a misleading term that the wedding industry is trying to desperately rid of You will not find a planner who is going to show up on your wedding day without doing any preliminary work to ensure your event runs smoothly. WHO WILL BE COORDINATING

MY WEDDING?

When you secure Siello Weddings and Events I will be onsite for the duration of your event. If your ceremony and reception are at two separate locations or you are having a fairly large wedding with many pieces to the puzzle then I will be managing the set up of your cocktail hour and reception as that is where the bulk of things are occurring and your Wedding Day Assistant / 2nd coordinator will be with you at your ceremony.

WHAT IS A WEDDING DAY ASSISTANT?

As your lead wedding planner I must be available to your vendors on your wedding day as well as set up your venues, so included in both full service planning and wedding management is a Wedding Day Assistant. Your W.D.A. will call you the morning of your wedding to check in and to see if there is anything they need to pick up for you that may have left behind at home (such as a wedding veil or a pair of socks for a groomsman). They will arrive at your getting ready location with a mini wedding day emergency kit, make sure your wedding party are all accounted for, and get your detail shot items set aside for your photographer. They will return when it's time for you to depart your getting ready location to make sure nothing is left behind and that everyone gets into their limos. Your W.D.A. will coordinate your ceremony and be on site for the duration of the day to assist me with various tasks and be available to you for anything you may need.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CLIENT PLANNING SUITE?

Whether you are a full-service or a wedding management client, you will receive access to you own personal Client Planning Suite. Inside your suite you will have all of the necessary tools to help you stay on track such as a budget tracker, a guest tracker with interactive seating, planning checklist, order of ceremony document, a progress tracker, wedding weekend itinerary + wedding day timeline, plus much much more. If you are a full-service client you will be required to work through your Client Planning Suite entirely. There will be deadlines and documents to complete. As much as I would like to do it all for you, this is YOUR wedding so you must be willing to work alongside me in order for your day to come to life as you envision it.
