TIER I

A Limited Coordination Service

Two virtual coordination calls:
- Scheduled 21 days prior - to review everything you have confirmed up until that point. Coordinator will provide you with a list of tasks to complete before your next call with one another.
- Scheduled 7 days prior - One final review of your timeline and to update anything that was still pending or may have changed since your last call.
Ceremony rehearsal or venue site visit, dependent on venue availability.
Coordinator will oversee and direct full venue set up and placement of any personal wedding decor, such as place cards, guest book, favors, signage, etc.
Wedding coordination starts at guest arrival for ceremony through the start of dinner service.
- Extend coordination through to the end of reception at the rate of $55 per hour per staffed coordinator.

Available only in Las Vegas.

TIER II

Mid-level management & coordination

Planner will step in 60 days prior to your wedding to:
- Conduct vendor outreach to confirm arrival times and finalize logistics.
- Review rental orders and make any necessary adjustments as needed.
- Set and manage delivery and pick up times of rentals and decor.
- Finalize back of house needs with food and beverage vendors.
Two virtual planning calls scheduled 45 days and 10 days prior to your wedding.
Will review your floorplan and make any adjustments as necessary.
One venue walk-through within 30 days of your wedding to finalize layout and schematics.
Full ceremony and reception production schedule/timeline.
Ceremony rehearsal, dependent on venue availability.
Oversee and direct full venue set up and placement of any personal wedding decor such as place cards, guest book, favors, signage, etc.
Complete ceremony and reception coordination from guest arrival to departure.
Oversee breakdown of venue and collection of any personal wedding decor.

Two payments of $1,750

TIER III

Full Service Planning

Scheduled virtual or in person meetings as needed throughout planning.
Ceremony and reception venue site search:
- Site search based on your needs, budget, and desires
- Site visits to the top 3 best fits
- Assistance in securing your favorite!
- Venue visits to finalize layout and logistics as needed
Vendor matching making:
- A curated selection from each major vendor category
- Assistance with securing your top choices
- Vendor management and communication throughout the planning process
- Attend vendor meetings as needed
Wedding day design creation:
- Custom design board
- Assistance in sourcing and securing all rentals and design elements
Floorplan creation for ceremony and reception sites.

Full wedding day production schedule/timeline
VIP timeline for the wedding party.
