SERVICE COLLECTIONS

Not every wedding requires full-service planning, but every wedding does require some level of coordination. Some couples enjoy researching vendors, managing contracts, and organizing the basic logistics on their own. Others would rather have a planner involved from the beginning, providing structure, recommendations and oversight at each step. Neither approach is right or wrong, they simply require different levels of support.

At Siello Weddings we offer three thoughtfully designed service levels ranging from a basic coordination service to comprehensive planning. Each service is built upon the same foundation, but the primary difference is when we step in and how involved we become. As you review the descriptions below, focus on the experience you want during your engagement. Our role is not simply to create a beautifully organized wedding day, but to provide the guidance that allows you to enjoy the journey leading up to it. ​​

TIER ONE

A Limited Coordination Service

  • For weddings with less than 100 guests.

  • Ceremony and reception must take place at the same venue.

  • Two virtual coordination calls.​

  • Ceremony rehearsal or venue site visit, dependent on venue availability.

  • Coordinator will oversee and direct full venue set up including placement of your personal wedding decor, such as place cards, guest book, favors, signage, etc.

  • Wedding coordination starts at guest arrival for ceremony and continues through to the start of dinner service.​

 

Available only in Las Vegas.

TIER TWO

Full Coordination & Event Management

  • Use of our Google Drive based planning portal.

  • Planner will step in 60 days prior to your wedding to:

    • Conduct vendor outreach to confirm arrival times and finalize logistics of load in/load out.

    • Review rental orders and make any necessary adjustments as needed.

    • Set and manage delivery and pick up times of rentals and decor.

  • Up to three virtual coordination calls.

  • Will review your floorplan and make any adjustments as necessary.

  • One venue walk-through within 30 days of your wedding.

  • Ceremony and reception production schedule/timeline.

  • Ceremony rehearsal, dependent on venue availability.

  • Oversee and direct full venue set up including placement of your personal wedding decor such as place cards, guest book, favors, signage, etc.

  • Ceremony and reception coordination from guest arrival to departure.

  • Oversee breakdown of venue and collection of personal wedding decor.

Two payments of $1,750

TIER THREE

Full Service Planning

  • Use of our Google Drive based planning portal.

  • Virtual or in person meetings as needed throughout planning.

  • Venue site search:

    • Site search based on your needs, budget, and desires

    • Site visits to the top 3 best fits

    • Assistance in securing your favorite!

  • Vendor matching making:

    • A curated selection from each major vendor category

    • Assistance with securing your top choices

    • Vendor management and communication throughout the planning process

    • Attend vendor meetings as needed

  • Assistance in sourcing and securing all rentals and design elements.

  • Floorplan creation.

  • Access to our Minted Wedding Planner Program for exclusive pricing and design resources.

  • Full wedding day production schedule/timeline.

  • VIP timeline for the wedding party.

  • Ceremony rehearsal, dependent on venue availability.

  • Oversee and direct full venue set up including placement of your personal wedding decor such as place cards, guest book, favors, signage, etc.

  • Full wedding day coordination.

  • Wedding Day Assistant for the wedding party and immediate family.

  • Oversee venue breakdown and collection of personal wedding decor.
