Here at Siello Weddings, we offer two levels of planning, wedding management and full service. The inclusions and the investments listed apply to all wedding sizes, including celebrations with less than 50 guests.

Wedding Management

this service is best for couples who can handle the bulk of planning on their own. You will receive our complete 'wedding vendor guide' plus a 'vendor interview worksheet' to guide you as you work through securing your team. This level of service will include the following:

60 days prior to your wedding:

you will have a virtual planning call with your planner.
planner will contact your hired wedding vendor team to introduce themselves.

45 days prior to your wedding:

Wedding day timeline creation begins.
your planner will review your rental orders and make any necessary adjustments.
Planner will review vendor contracts, confirm arrival/departure times, service details, etc.

3 weeks prior to your wedding:

Planner will finalize details with your caterer.
final guest count will be submitted to your venue.
ensure you have submitted any pending questionnaires due to vendors (DJ questionnaire, photo shot list to your photographer, etc.)

2 weeks prior to your wedding:

you will have one more final virtual planning call with your planner.
Full wedding day timeline will be sent to your vendor team and venue.
Planner will have a final venue walk through to review schematics and confirm layout.

1 week prior to your wedding:

VIP itinerary is sent to your wedding party and immediate family.
ceremony rehearsal is conducted, if desired and permitted by venue.

Day of your wedding:

complete vendor and timeline management.
Oversee venue setup + placement of any personal wedding decor.
Full event coordination*, your planner will be the first one in and the last one out.
Oversee venue breakdown and collection of any personal wedding decor.

INVESTMENT $3,500

*Day of coordination team will be one associate planner + one coordinator. Additional coordinators will be added as necessary for an additional fee based on the scope of work and size of wedding.

Full Service Planning

clients with this level of service will work exclusively with Ashley for a fully hands on and tailored experience.

Full access to the client planning portal where everything regarding your wedding will be housed
Unlimited communication with ashley throughout planning.
will attend venue tours alongside with you + assist in securing your dream location if you haven't already done so on your own.
assistance in securing your complete wedding day vendor team.
Attend meetings scheduled with your vendors and venue.
Complete design assistance:
- Custom mood deck creation
- assistance in sourcing all of your rentals
- 3d renderings to finalize venue layout
- design meeting to select your linens and tabletop elements
- will work alongside florist to ensure the floral design is cohesive with the overall aesthetic.
Set and manage transportation schedule.
wedding day timeline creation and management + VIP timeline specific to your wedding party and immediate family.
Ceremony rehearsal, if desired and permitted by venue.
Complete wedding day coordination and vendor management.
A wedding day assistant for you and the wedding party.
oversee venue setup and placement of any personal wedding decor.
full event coordination

INVESTMENT $6,500

*Day of coordination team will include Ashley, your wedding day assistant + one coordinator. Additional coordinators will be added as necessary for an additional fee based on the scope of work and size of wedding.
