Here at Siello Weddings, we offer four tiers of planning, starting with day of coordination up to full service.

tier one | day of coordination

this level of service is strictly for weddings with less than 75 guests, are having both ceremony & reception at the same venue and have minimal decor needs.

Unlimited communication with ashley throughout planning for questions and guidance.
Associate planner will contact wedding vendors and become their point of contact 30 days prior to your wedding. All planning details must be finalized before associate planner steps in.
Master event timeline creation + timelines specific to each vendor.
VIP timeline will be created for wedding party and immediate family.
One virtual planning call with Ashley and Associate planner two weeks prior to wedding to review timeline and finalize any remaining details.
Oversee complete venue setup and manage any of your personal wedding decor (i.e. card box, toasting flutes, guest favors, signage etc.)
Ceremony & reception coordination.
oversee complete venue breakdown and collection of your personal wedding decor.

*Day of team will be one associate planner + one coordinator.

tier two | Wedding Management

this level of service are for the couples who can handle the bulk of planning on their own, but wish to have a planner step in towards the end to tie up loose ends.

Unlimited communication with Ashley throughout planning for questions and guidance.
Associate Planner will contact wedding vendors 60 days prior to wedding and assist in Finalizing remaining details. They will become point of contact from that point moving forward.
Two virtual planning calls with Ashley and Associate planner 60 days prior and two weeks prior to wedding.
one venue site visit to finalize layout and review logistics of the day.
submit final meal counts and seating arrangements to caterer.
finalize cake order, rental order, and floral order based on final guest count.
assist in submitting any pending questionnaires due to your (i.e. DJ questionnaire, photo shot list to photographer, etc.)
Master event timeline creation + timelines specific to each vendor.

Ceremony rehearsal, if permitted by venue.
oversee complete venue setup and manage any of your personal wedding decor (i.e. card box, toasting flutes, guest favors, signage etc.)

tier three | Wedding Management + design

Includes everything in tier two plus design management.

Complete event design assistance - will work exclusively with ashley on event design
- Custom mood deck creation
- Assistance in sourcing rentals and decor to complete your vision. will manage these vendors throughout planning.
- Assistance in finding the florist that best fits your vision and budget
- 3d renderings to finalize layouts
- design meeting to select tabletop items and linens
- will work alongside your florist to ensure the design is cohesive with the overall wedding day aesthetic.
Associate planner will contact all other wedding vendors 60 days prior to your wedding and assist in finalizing remaining details.

*Day of team will include Ashley (will manage the event design aspect of the day), one associate planner + one coordinator. Additional coordinators will be added as necessary for an additional fee based on the scope of work and size of wedding.

tier four | Full Service Planning

clients with this level of service will work exclusively with Ashley for a fully hands on experience.

Full access to the client planning suite. Full service clients are required to work within their planning suite.
Unlimited communication with ashley throughout planning.
Will source venues on your behalf based on needs and budget. Will include attending tours + assist in securing your top choice.
assistance in sourcing and securing the complete vendor team from hair & Makeup to the getaway car.
Will attend meetings scheduled with your vendors as necessary.
Complete event design assistance:
- Custom mood deck creation
- Assistance in sourcing rentals and decor to complete your vision. we will manage these vendors throughout planning.
- Assistance in finding the florist that best fits your vision and budget

Will Set and manage transportation schedule sourced through our preferred transportation service.
wedding website through bliss & Bone.
rsvp tracking and management.
Will submit final details to all vendors and ensure any pending information due to them is submitted.
