A Limited Coordination Service
Designed for the ones who are handling all aspects of their wedding and are only in need of set up assistance and light coordination on the day itself. This level of service is available to weddings with less than 50 guests, have a smaller vendor list, light decor needs, and both ceremony and reception are taking place in the same venue. Includes set up of personal wedding decor, ceremony coordination and ensures timely start of reception.
Available only in Las Vegas.
Can be booked within three months of the wedding. Coordination team will depart once dinner starts.

TIER II
Mid-level management & coordination
Crafted for couples handling the bulk of plans on their own, but wish to have a planner step in during the final two months. This includes confirmation of all logistics with your venue and vendor team, reviewing of contracts and rental orders, floorplan creation, and the ceremony and reception production schedule. On the wedding day Ashley and her team are the first one's in and the last one's out overseeing full set up, coordination, and full breakdown of the event spaces.
Available in the Las Vegas, Chicago, Nashville and Detroit metropolitan areas.

CUSTOM SERVICE
Needing something in between Wedding Management and Full Service? Create a custom planning service specific to your needs. Will include services within Tier II then add what you need. Add on's include:

Assistance with sourcing rentals and decor

TIER III
Full service planning, management, & coordination
Created for the couples who wish to work with a planner from step one. This level of service can be booked up to 18 months in advance and includes all of the sourcing/ management/and planning necessary to bring your vision to life.
Full service clients are expected to work within the Client Planning Suite where everything regarding your wedding will be housed. This includes your budget tracker, guest/meal/RSVP tracking, decor worksheets, vendor management folders, questionnaires, planning checklist, and helpful guides specific to having a Las Vegas wedding.
Available in Las Vegas through
November of 2027. Then we move to Chicago!
