TIER I
Day of Coordination
Designed for the ones who are handling all aspects of their wedding and are only in need of light set up assistance and coordination on the day itself. This level of service is available to weddings where the ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue, have less than 100 guests, a smaller vendor list, and light decor needs.
Available only in Las Vegas.
Can be booked within three months of the wedding.

Full service planning, management, & coordination
For couples who wish to work with a planner from step one. This level of service can be booked up to 18 months in advance and includes all of the sourcing/ management/and planning necessary to bring your vision to life. Full service clients will receive access to the Client Portal where everything regarding your wedding is housed. This includes a budget tracker, RSVP & meal tracking, worksheets, questionnaires, and helpful guides.

Mid-level management & coordination
Crafted for couples handling the bulk of plans on their own, but wish to have a planner step in during the final two months. This includes confirmation of all logistics with your venue and vendor team, reviewing of contracts and rental orders, floorplan creation, and the ceremony and reception production schedule. On the wedding day our team is the first one in and the last one out overseeing full set up, coordination, and full breakdown of the event spaces.

For weddings with less than 40 guests
TIER I
A Limited Coordination Service
Designed for the ones who are handling all aspects of their micro wedding and are only in need of light set up assistance and coordination on the day itself. This level of service is available to weddings with less than 40 guests, have a smaller vendor list, and light decor needs. Includes set up of personal wedding decor, ceremony coordination and ensures timely start of reception.
Available only in Las Vegas.
Can be booked within three months of the wedding.
