TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FULL-SERVICE PLANNING

Siello Weddings and Events charges a non-refundable retainer of $2,200.00 for full-service planning for weddings with a guest count less than 125. If the guest count exceeds 125, a custom quote will be provided during the inquiry process. If the guest count exceeds 125 guests after signing of the contract, the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly to reflect.  The retainer will be broken into three (3) payments with the initial payment of $500.00 due at signing of contract. 

 

Thirty (30) days prior to the date of the wedding, Siello Weddings and Events will send a final invoice for services. This final invoice is 15% of the combined floral, catering, and decor rental totals and is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the wedding.

If an additional coordinator is deemed necessary for the day of the wedding, a second coordinator will be added to the final invoice at the rate of $300.00 for a twelve (12) hour day. Client will be notified in advance if this is necessary.

Scouting and interviewing potential vendors on your behalf is included in full-service planning; however, it is your responsibility to meet with these vendors prior to making your decision if you so choose. If you request for Siello Weddings and Events to attend these vendor meetings alongside you this can be added at the rate of $50.00 an hour. 

MONTH OF COORDINATION

Siello Weddings and Events charges a non-refundable retainer of $1,500.00 for month of coordination planning for weddings with a guest count less than 125. If the guest count exceeds 125, a custom quote will be provided during the inquiry process. If the guest count exceeds 125 guests after signing of the contract, the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly to reflect.  The retainer will be broken into three (3) payments with the initial payment of $500.00 due at signing of contract.

EVENT STYLING

Siello Weddings and Events charges a non-refundable retainer of $1,100.00 for event styling for weddings with a guest count less than 125. If the guest count exceeds 125, a custom quote will be provided during the inquiry process. If the guest count exceeds 125 guests after signing of the contract, the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly to reflect.  The retainer will be broken into three (3) payments with the initial payment of $500.00 due at signing of contract.

If you request for Siello Weddings and Events to attend any vendor meetings alongside you this can be added at the rate of $50.00 an hour.

COVID AND PANDEMIC

  1. We do not take guest temperatures or manage temperature taking stations.

  2. We do not ask guests about symptoms, exposure, or testing before, during, or after the event.

  3. We do not manage the guest count or rotation of guests in and out of the event.

  4. We abide by all current local laws and mandates and will not break any laws regarding COVID or other restrictions in place on the day of the event.

  5. When required by local laws and mandates, our staff will wear masks for the duration of the event and may wear other personal protective gear as deemed necessary by Siello Weddings and Events on the day of the event.

  6. We do not enforce social distancing between guests and strongly suggest hiring a service to assist with this at the event.

  7. We do not clean or sanitize any part of the event space before, during, or after the event. We are happy to provide recommendations for on-site cleaning services to provide this service.
